Yes its the church manse at tullynessle church....95% sure

Thanks Wendy, that fits in with the photograph on page 79 of Ian Sheperd's book "Aberdeenshire, Donside and Strathbogie, an illustrated architectural guide", where he describes it as Tullynessle House, the former manse built in 1804.
