I do not think that this is Keig Play Park. I lived at Putachie Cottage at Castle Forbes until 1969 and attended Keig School until 1967 and I knew the play park well as I often played there with my pals as well as cycling past it on my way to school. Keig school sports was always held there. This is a photo of Alford Show pets parade held in the showpark which is now a housing area known as the "Lang Stracht". I attended the show in 1967 and competed in the Highland Dancing events.
